Also know that life isn't a competition. When you die, no one will give a speech about how you always came in second or third or last compared to another human being. They won't say that you won less metals or fewer scholarship, or had more or less friends than anyone else. It doesn't happen, so don't waste time trying to beat someone. Aim for reasonable personal goals. And if by chance you think that someone might be comparing your failure to themselves, then you can rest assure knowing that you are the better person for not giving into such childish behavior.
High school is so much fun when you let it be. I spent freshman and sophomore year sulking and complaining about how unfair life was and how I couldn't trust anyone. Then I woke up to the fact that I was the problem. No one wants to be around a complainer. And, yes, life is unfair. But there is also so much hidden good in the world, you just have to look to see it. I wish I could go back and live those years differently, like I do now. But I can't go back. And it doesn't matter, because I'm leaving those memories where they are, in the past. They help me appreciate the person I am now. Please, everyone reading this, if you can do one thing good for yourself you need to love life and live it the way that you find fitting.

On a different note, I graduated from high school yesterday and I never have to go back! Woot! I also went to the after graduation all night party and it was so much fun. I played bowling and sucked. Then I played at the casino and instead of money, won tickets to win prizes. The lady at the casino said that I was one of three people to figure out her secret strategy in three years, and it was my first time gambling. I think me and my bestie made several enemies. We won so many tickets that we had our names drawn for most of the prizes. They had to make a rule that we could only win three times so we wouldn't get all the prizes. lol. I won three giftcards worth 25 dollars each. Then in the goody bags we were given 40 dollars cash! Germany money for me. I also took home as much food as I could stuff in my swimming bag. lol. And then I carried out a pizza box that I will eat in the morning. It's just my lucky day. Oh, and then my bestie won a flat screen tv! I have had so much fun tonight, I'm still calming down.
Talk to you all later.
